We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).

After two no-shows, you will be unable to book future appointments.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service as a late cancellation.

• Being on time ensures you receive the full quality of service and keeps the schedule running smoothly for all clients.

• No additional guests are allowed in the studio unless they have an appointment scheduled. This includes friends, family, and children.

• No pets are permitted.
