We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s).
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
After two no-shows, you will be unable to book future appointments.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service as a late cancellation.
Being on time ensures you receive the full quality of service and keeps the schedule running smoothly for all clients.

No additional guests are allowed in the studio unless they have an appointment scheduled. This includes friends, family, and children.
No pets are permitted.
